Who We Are

Lanx Photography is a small independent photographic company based in Bruton, South West England. The business is directly linked to Lanx World, a web design, SEO and hosting company. We are completely dedicated to providing all of our customers with clear transparent information about what we do and how we do it. This privacy policy, inspired by the new GDPR regulation, is a natural extension of the honest and open way we do business.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. We use our MailChimp account to securely store contact details and information that has been provided to us via our newsletter sign up forms. If you sign up to our newsletter, your details are added to our MailChimp account. MailChimp does not collect any data unless you sign up to our newsletter.

We do not share your details with third parties for any purpose other than to provide you with direct marketing from Lanx Photography, to understand how you are using our website and to improve your user experience.
